So I stumbled upon this recipe last Christmas, but didn't have time to try it out - finally did this year and BOY was I happy I finally did! :) Peppermint-studded mocha cupcakes with peppermint swiss meringue buttercream, drizzled with dark chocolate sauce and sprinkled with crushed peppermint!
