These cupcakes were done for Teacher Appreciation at my children's school! I started with yellow cake, added chocolate fudge filling, then a vanilla buttercream swirl and topped off with fondant/gum paste ovals imprinted with the words "thank you"! Each teacher received a box with one of each color cupcake.
