Oh my, was this a fun challenge! Before attempting this cake, I'd never made any of these gum paste flowers so it was a learning experience to be sure! Alternating layers of red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and pumpkin spice cake with cinnamon cream cheese filling, covered in fondant with hand made gum paste flowers. Loved the finished work!
