I've been struggling with exactly what to call this cake...so this is the best I could come up with! ;) Because to me, that's what this cake is all about - coffee and just plain indulging! Rich, chocolate espresso cake with mounds of vanilla bean latte swiss meringue buttercream ruffles!
Love this, I really like the ruffles you've done a fab job so even, not easy I know! Would like a shot of the inside too :-) have you thought of joining Foodbuzz I know my friends would love this and your other cakes ?
